Shipping policy

At Horology Haven, we offer shipping services to various international destinations. Please note the following information specifically for international shipments to countries other than the United States and Europe:

Shipping Fees in the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: $11.9 for the first item and an additional $5 for each subsequent item.
  • Express Shipping (via UPS, FedEx, or DHL): $35 for the first item and $5 for each subsequent item.

Shipping Fees in Europe:

  • Standard Shipping: $9.9 for the first item and an additional $5 for each second and subsequent items.
  • Expendited Shipping: $29.9 for the first item and $9 for each second and subsequent items.

International Shipping:
For international shipments, we currently only offer Expendited Shipping as the available shipping option. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. The shipping fee for international orders is $50 for the first item and $15 for each subsequent item in the order.

Please note that the shipping fees are subject to change and may vary based on promotions or special offers.

Standard Delivery Time:

The typical shipping process involves order processing within 1-5 business days (Monday to Friday) and an estimated shipping time of 7-15 business days. Please note that these are approximate time frames and actual delivery times may vary.

Expendited Delivery Time:
For express shipping, you can expect a delivery time of approximately 3-7 business days. Again, please note that these time frames are estimates and may be subject to variations depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances.

Additionally, please be aware that the delivery times may occasionally deviate from the estimated timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. Factors such as war, pandemics, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, or changes in national policies can impact the delivery process. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations.

Address Changes and Order Cancellations:
Once an order has been packaged and is in the process of being shipped, we are unable to accept address changes or order cancellations. It is essential to review your shipping details carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking:
As soon as your order is received by the shipping carrier, a tracking number will be generated. You will receive an email notification with the tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your shipment. Please keep in mind that tracking information may take some time to update.

Damaged Shipments:
In the event of any damage during transit, we kindly ask you to provide proof of the damage by sending photos or videos to [email protected]. Our customer support team will promptly assist you in resolving the issue and arranging for an appropriate solution.
